Terms of Service

1. Who runs Brushpool

Brushpool is run by Lorenzo Rossi, an individual based in Italy. You can reach him at hello@brushpool.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Brushpool, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Who can use Brushpool

Anyone can look at Brushpool, at any age and without an account. To create an account and publish drawings you must be at least 14. That threshold comes from data protection law rather than from the content: below it, an account requires a parent's verified consent, which Brushpool is not set up to collect.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Each person may keep only one account; automated or bulk account creation is not allowed.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of every drawing you publish. By publishing a drawing, you give Brushpool a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute it within the app (feed, pools, your profile, shared links) for as long as it remains published.

Every drawing is reviewed by a person before it appears publicly. We may reject a drawing, or later remove a drawing or comment, when it breaks these terms (see section 5). These decisions are always made by a person, never automatically.

When we do, you get a notice in the app's notifications saying what was removed, why, and whether it followed a report. If you think a decision is wrong, write to hello@brushpool.com (the notice has a link for it): we will look at it again and tell you the outcome. This does not affect your right to go to court.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to publish or share content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Is spam, or generated/distributed through automated tools or bots.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

6. Brushpoints and achievements

Brushpoints, achievement badges, and any other in-app reward are purely virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and may change (including the rules for earning them) at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using Brushpool at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms. You can request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. The service "as is"

Brushpool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
